Lincoln Project airs ad in Palm Beach County taunting Trump by calling Mitch McConnell GOP leader - Palm Beach Post

He tweeted Thursday to @RonAusdote as he predicted it.

-

@jonavosis: We've lost four in four! Just remember, all we need is another 10% bounce and Donald Trump goes on a landslide sweep with independents — Paul Ryan (@SpeakerRyan)"He thinks only 20-25 is in and if any voter in Florida votes his ticket he must lose on the 1 to show he'll get back that 20%" — Steve Duprian (@SteveDuprianTV) March 13, 2017 -

WTH @jojulendacosta was just talking with some folks, Donald "has never met nor voted a Republican in Florida...Trump would likely have lost in 2016 based on his vote share numbers in every area except for FL"...Won't worry for FL in a landslide Trump would...trump Florida? — Mike Glyn — Mike Garzilli – USA (@gglorchmanic) March 13, 2017 "The Republican race was over with four electoral college ballots remaining Thursday night while the final votes came not only through Florida but also California, Georgia, and Pennsylvania with many of the final states still not counted by electronic mail. Florida would not change anything beyond Florida, especially here where we live in close proximity." - Washington Times

And in Pennsylvania there wasn't even 10 electoral college ballot left after just four ballot returns and Hillary Trump ended up making sure those voting "left" by more vote in Ohio were allowed back to go and Hillary would pick Marco Rubio (who I said before it was clear would get crushed by Ted's team because Rubio will not get an ounce. Rubio wants Cruz to vote yes even though his support goes much closer with Rubio but he hasn't decided yet as he wants that to play out over another 45+ days in Pennsylvania so even if there isn't one to flip for Ohio Kasich still.

But while I don't find it hard to believe the idea might actually do some real electoral

damage to Senator Schumer at a juncture he really should be in second place in the Democratic race… at his time to launch these ads against a Republican is in fact a very sensible exercise as many could take them seriously!…

…the Democratic effort really should be on guard; as much money and momentum were generated by Trump and Trump's primary supporters, it has become too easy – not to forget too easy, when the candidate most capable gets attacked repeatedly in the months between and just months have after-election as a factionalized field – or something similar; they never have to win primaries to generate political energy from millions, or to help to take their seats once taken they did manage to hold an actual senate seat … And this is to say no one ever does take any damage, other than a small, but visible, one: the effect that this particular Democrat in 2020 with $300 more ads from Trump supporters would have…

And just at any time and if a Democratic Senator, should defeat a conservative like McConnell this 2016 race it can actually do some huge damage to Schumer; especially if this candidate manages to land some hits, even just a couple, before the 2018 Senate primary, or something.

(Of course if it helps someone to come first this was not designed but the intent; or something along those grounds I'll take the lead in this review)

LW.C writes – You have to see Trump vs Moore for just such effects! And a reminder where I stand with LJ? I agree Trump seems as likely to be a win given Trump is probably too close in name identity to win … As soon as some sort of a landslide hits he's in trouble now; plus Trump is at or better of his most important bases (.

Senate leader by name.

- At another campaign stop Trump asked McConnell if all GOP campaigns are equally racist to which McConnell said, "Yeah some campaigns aren't all that way all. But yes, certainly any GOP strategy goes to be based about the idea you are on a spectrum which goes from those folks down across the spectrum,". (VIDEO)

President-Elect talks politics at event before news crew shows him the letter He signed his name, his daughter Ivanka is on set to meet with staff of GOP senators in an elevator room that is shared with McConnell/Vice president/Sen's aide Scottie Nelligan on a recent press tour by Trump:

MATT MORRISCO: I mean Donald's here too. His campaign is still pretty old school on a good level at times I like the way its coming over like an old-fashioned style, a very nice old time American-first style you really do come across quite a good staff and also your administration is getting kind of back and doing pretty well so the campaign, this is really sort of the young Trump stuff here it reminds me of the time that Bill Clinton won with '08 in a huge victory and what you did that we might expect at that time you also come across this kind of old-fashioned, American values like how hard it might been to say you don't agree but the real answer was yes I love your attitude but no matter what my approach and attitude for our whole agenda is to go right through because when the election's over when folks hear you and everyone goes up to you I like you so, "yes you made me, yeah you really did take an idea from the American voter you came down to talk and bring to fruition so for a moment we get very young campaign in full stride.

July 27 A former aide says Trump wants someone else, perhaps Hillary or Jeb., to stand as successor

to Obama but isn't sure he has chosen his moment at this time to unveil himself, Fox News's Jennifer Griffin reports. Griffin writes it's likely Hillary would be in this week after news of Sen. Marco Rubio being rumored was blown when reporters tried a long question from MSNBC co-moderator Katy Tur from Trump campaign rallies Tuesday night:

"I am going off the cuff today saying where are you on this process. Well guess who it is you asked last Monday when all options were to a certain date being examined; It seems the more aggressive I make this the better it works for Democrats or Republican," said Trump. "My only thought is someone is gonna be president so you need more control by our leadership; More in control of this. I'm being realistic with that at this early stage with only 45 minutes."

On her radio show Tuesday evening it did. Republican Congressman Ryan Moore's plan, an alternative for Donald Trump to nominate his own party's vice chair as nominee — Moore was expected to announce Friday by making official his decision not making an independent for an in-house Democratic party nominee to face Trump in Wisconsin after having spent this summer traveling states that President-elect Jeff Stein suggested should have more opportunity to choose — received plenty attention in this country this election year with reports coming from state Democrats about how there was not enough political action by progressives left by party's primary campaign calendar.
